Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not publicly available. Information Collection and Use When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, ZIP code, occupation, industry, and personal interests. For some financial products and services we might also ask for your address, Social Security number, and information about your assets. When you register with GSW and sign up to our services, you are not anonymous to us. Information Sharing and Disclosure GSW does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission. We provide the information to trusted caterers who work with GSW under confidentiality agreements. These caterers do not have any independent right to share this information. We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of GSW's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law. GSW is NOT an Escort Agency and does not directly provide any Escort services. We are simply a mode of service to help our Members connect to participating, qualified Members. GSW will not be held responsible for any actions taken by any Client as we do not own or control them in any way. However, we will review Members complaints about other Members in order to determine if any rules established by GSW have been violated. Membership in GSW does not guarantee that you will be compatible with other members you may meet or receive responses. By your use of the GSW services, you the MEMBER, agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GSW, its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, server maintainers, and contributors against ANY AND ALL CLAIMS arising out of said use, regardless of the cause, effects, or fault. Under no circumstances will GSW, its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, and contributors be liable for any damages from your reliance upon anything derived from a this site even If GSW, its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, server maintainers, or contributors have been advised that such defect or unsuitability exists. GSW, its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, server maintainers, and contributors disclaim all liability to you, the MEMBER, for damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, and you, the MEMBER, have no remedies for negligence or under strict liability, or for breach of warranty or contract, including but not limited to indirect, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, even If you give notice of the possibility of such damages. GSW’s liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid to date in accordance to this agreement. You the MEMBER, by accepting this Membership assure GSW that, you, the MEMBER will comply with any and all local, county, district, state, and federal laws concerning any and all meetings arranged through GSW. You, the MEMBER, also agree that you are not using GSW as a means to purchase or solicit illegal activities. Since GSW has no affiliation or control over, you, the MEMBER, we shall not be held liable for any, interactions between you, the MEMBER and other Members who may also have officers, directors, employees, shareholders, caterers, or outside contractors over whom we have no control and with whom we have no affiliation. By your use of the GSW service, you, the MEMBER, agree to fully indemnify, defend, and to hold harmless GSW, its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, server maintainers, and contributors against ANY AND ALL CLAIMS for any arrangements made by you (the MEMBER) and any Client which operates solely and separately of GSW. You understand that once Membership has been confirmed, GSW has fulfilled its obligation to the MEMBER. Members accept full responsibility any correspondence, communication or contact with other Members and understand that GSW has no affiliation whatsoever with any of the individuals, Client s or Client s who comprise the Membership of GSW. Any and all fee arrangements thereafter are strictly between you (the MEMBER) and any individual, Client s and/or Client who accepts the arrangement. GSW is strictly an independent service for adults. We make NO guarantees of service provided by any individuals, Client. In summary: MEMBER agrees to hold harmless GSW, its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, server maintainers, and contributors from any and all claims of any kind arising out of participation as a MEMBER. You will indemnify and hold GSW, its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, server maintainers, and contributors harmless from all liability, cost and expense, including legal fees, that arise directly or indirectly from any of the services provided by GSW.
